As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We're seeking <strong>board-certified Nurse Practitioners</strong> to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women-including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp; </strong>Fully remote within the U.S.</p> <p><strong>Your Impact&nbsp; </strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.&nbsp; </li> <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.&nbsp; </li> <li>Complete required trainings and adhere to company policies and best practices.</li> <li>Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</li> <li>Dedicate a minimum of <strong>10 patient-facing hours</strong> per week, <strong>including </strong>consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance.</li> <li>Charting, addressing patient questions, and responding to administrative tasks and messages.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Required Certification:</strong> Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar).&nbsp; </li> <li><strong>Required Experience:</strong> Minimum of <strong>2 years of consecutive experience</strong> as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.&nbsp; &nbsp; </li> <li><strong>Independence: </strong>Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li><strong>Communication Skills: </strong>Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.</li> <li><strong>Webside Manner: </strong>Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.</li> <li><strong>Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: </strong>Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.</li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency: </strong>Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.&nbsp; &nbsp; </li> <li><strong>Telemedicine: </strong>Experience is a plus!</li> </ul> <p><strong>State License Requirements &amp; Hiring Considerations: </strong>An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.<br><br><strong>Please note:</strong> <em>All active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed.
